The elongated, gently sloping plot offers a beautiful panoramic view of the mountains and Lake Balaton. A well-maintained kitchen garden, some table grapes, and various types of fruit trees enrich the garden. A drilled well provides plenty of water for maintenance.

A metal mobile garage and a storage room are also available.

A quiet, peaceful area, a few hundred meters from the village. In Alsópáhok, a school and a kindergarten operate, and a restaurant, shops, and a hotel can be found. The Hévíz Thermal Lake is 6 minutes by car, and the shore of Lake Balaton is almost the same.

I recommend it either as a holiday home or for permanent living, but it can also be a good opportunity for renting out.
