b) The minimum plot size that can be established is 700 m2, and the minimum plot width is 16 m.
c) In the zone, the development along the boundary line of the plot is allowed if, by respecting the required setbacks and side gardens on neighboring plots, at least 8.0 m wide building area remains. New buildings must be detached. In cases where both neighboring properties along the street have boundary-line developments, and if, respecting the setback and side garden rules, the plot is less than 8.0 meters wide, boundary-line development is allowed.
d) The maximum coverage in the zone is 35%, and the minimum green space is 40%.
e) The minimum size of the front yard in the zone is 5.0 m, and along Kossuth street – if the plot is accessible only from Kossuth street – it is 6+5 m.
f) The maximum allowable building height is 6.5 m.
